How do I play?
Unscramble the letters to form the correct word. Use hints if you get stuck, and try to build a streak for a higher score.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Solo gameplay is designed to work offline. Multiplayer, leaderboards, and syncing require an internet connection.
What’s the Daily Challenge?
A fresh set of words each day. Complete it to earn points and compare your score on the daily leaderboard.
I bought hints / premium but it didn’t show up.
Try reopening the app and using “Restore Purchases” from the Store screen. If it still doesn’t work, email support with the email you use for the App Store and the approximate time of purchase.
How do I report a bug or inappropriate content?
Email support with details. If you’re reporting content, include the username/challenge/race and a short description.
How do I delete my account?
If you have an account, you can delete it from Account Settings. If you need help, email support and we’ll walk you through it.
